We explored how the brand’s identity could become part of the architecture itself, while responding to the energy and culture of Lagos.
Adidas’ iconic three stripes were translated from a graphic mark into a functional architectural gesture: three dynamic volumes cutting across the façade, creating visibility, movement and a distinctive presence within the city.
Inside, circulation, lighting and spatial elements continued this sense of movement, accommodating Adidas’ different collections alongside a café, cultural programming and dedicated spaces for collaborations with local artists.
The result was conceived as more than a retail space— a flagship where architecture, brand and Lagos’ creative culture could come together.

Uyi and our partners crafted the concept design for the Adidas flagship store. Given the high-end nature of this iconic brand, we focused on the building's atmosphere, spatial flow, daylight control and materiality in ways that closely consider and honour it's context within Lagos.
